How long does delivery take?

Deliveries in Lebanon usually take 2 to 5 business days. You’ll be notified when your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship only within Lebanon. International shipping will begin in 2026!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking number or contact you via WhatsApp or SMS.

Can I pre-order for international delivery?

Not at the moment, but we’ll announce our international launch soon! Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Lebanon. Online payments will be available once international shipping launches in 2026.

Is cash on delivery secure?

Yes. You’ll pay only when the product is delivered to your doorstep. It’s safe, fast, and convenient.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, within the first 12 hours. Just message us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll do our best to help.

What phone models do your NFC cases support?

We currently offer cases for iPhone 13 and later, including Pro and Pro Max versions. More models will be added soon.

What’s special about your NFC E-Ink cases?

These cases feature a customizable E-Ink display that updates via NFC — no battery needed. They're stylish, high-tech, and energy-free.

Are your cases protective?

Absolutely! Our cases are made with shock-absorbing materials to offer strong protection while keeping a slim, trendy design.

Do you sell other accessories?

Yes! We also offer high-quality phone grips, camera protectors, and screen protectors — all designed to match our unique cases.

Can I return or exchange my order?

A: At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is final once placed. Please double-check your selected phone model and address before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What are your support hours?

Our team is available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM (Beirut time).

Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in Lebanon, and all our orders are shipped locally for fast delivery.
